I was disappointed not to be invited by Fortune Magazine and IBM to join a discussion on disruption.
Disappointed but not surprised, given the 100 CEOs who did participate represented companies with a combined $2 trillion in revenues.
But I did get to read the meeting summary and would like to think that had I been in the room - perhaps disguised as a waiter, or something - I'd have been nodding along enthusiastically.
